$23M Nanotech Center For UMass Lowell - News Item

UMass Lowell is set to invest $23 million in a new nanotechnology research and manufacturing center at the Lawrence Mills development.

The site was originally laid down to be the Graduate School of Education but school officials argued that turning the area into a nanotechnology centre could make it a major center for job creation.
