MTI MicroFuel Cells Inc.
(MTI Micro), developer of the Mobion® off-the-grid mobile power source
and a subsidiary of Mechanical Technology, Incorporated (MTI) (OTC: MKTY), today
announced that President and CEO of MTI Micro, Peng K. Lim, will present on
the company's micro fuel cell technology and commercialization plan as
well as demonstrate the company's functional Mobion® prototypes at
two upcoming business conferences in Asia.
Lim will deliver the presentation “Mobile power for the green generation”
at 3 p.m. JST on Thursday, October 28, 2009 at the Green Device 2009 Forum in
Yokohama, Japan. The exhibition focuses on renewable energy for mobile devices,
and Lim's presentation will review various alternative mobile power technologies
with a specific focus on micro fuel cells.
At 2 p.m. KST on Wednesday, November 3, 2009, Lim will deliver a presentation
“Micro fuel cells – the greener way to power your mobile electronic
devices,” within the renewable energy/environmental track at the Korean
Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) 2009 Global Partnering Conference.
Located in Seoul, the event is aimed at strengthening cross-border collaborations.
The Green Device 2009 forum will be held from October 28 – 30, 2009 at
the Pacifico Yokohama, and the KOTRA 2009 Global Partnering Conference will
be held from November 3 - 6, 2009 at the COEX Intercontinental Hotel.
