Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) has signed a global distribution agreement with SiTime Corporation, a leader in MEMS-based silicon timing solutions.
Under the agreement, Arrow will distribute SiTime’s complete portfolio of MEMS-based oscillators and clock generators to customers in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific regions.
“Arrow brings best-in-class engineering and support infrastructure, successful execution and global reach to the multibillion-dollar timing industry,” said Rajesh Vashist, chief executive officer of SiTime. “Every qualified customer engagement at SiTime has resulted in replacing quartz products with our MEMS-based silicon timing solutions. We look forward to accelerating the deployment of our solutions to customers worldwide, with Arrow’s strength in new design demand creation, global supply chain and value-added programming services.”
