nanoPASS Service Platform to Exploit Latest Advances in Nanotechnology

Molecular Profiles has received a Queen's Award for Enterprise 2011 for its nanoPASS (nanoscale Predictive Analytical Screening Solution) service platform in the Innovation category.

The system explores new nanotechnology trends to develop medications that will generate analytical information from nano-particles of drugs. It lowers research and development and manufacture costs and ensures new medical products to enter the market. The system helps users to understand the latest developments and translate the capability of drugs into pharmaceutical products.

The company provides a range of drug development services such as development of formulae, pre-formulation tests, polymorph screening, selection of salt, analytical services and production for laboratory testing up to phase IIa. The line of solutions enclosed in one single package reduces outsourcing crucial work to third parties thus, lowering risks to the research being undertaken.
