Berkeley Design Automation recently declared that IO Semiconductor has chosen the company’s AFS Platform to be used in RF verification and characterization.
According to Stuart Molin, chief technical officer at IOsemi, his company’s Analog FastSPICE Platform delivers unified verification for nanometer analog, RF, mixed-signal, and customized digital circuits. It incorporates foundry-certified nm SPICE accuracy, rapid single-core performance, enhanced element capacity, and a silicon-accurate solution noise analysis.
It uses enhanced algorithms and numerical analysis to help solve the original equations and full-circuit matrix accurately without any approximations. It incorporates licenses for AFS Nano SPICE simulation, circuit simulation, Transient Noise Analysis, RF Analysis, and Co-Simulation.
