The Daily Record has felicitated Pixelligent Technologies, a company specializing in nanocrystal additives for use in industrial, semiconductor, electronics applications, with the 2012 Innovator of the Year award.
Pixelligent recently expanded its production facility with the addition of 13,000 sq. ft. and increased its workforce by 150%. Over the last six months, the company has witnessed a ten-fold growth in its customer pipeline, which also includes five major international polymer and chemical producers. Its nanocomposites and nanocrystal additives are being assessed for applications such as advanced lighting, brighter and higher efficiency displays, robust semiconductors, high-tech lubricants and protective coatings.
The Daily Record’s publisher, Suzanne Fischer-Huettner stated that the newspaper is proud to felicitate Greg Cooper, Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Pixelligent Technologies, as one of the winners of The Daily Record’s 2012 Innovators of the Year awards.

The company has put its efforts in the development of its pioneering technology that will play a crucial role in industrial, semiconductor and electronics markets.
