Nano coatings have been around for the last 40 years and utilised in many different industries where there is a need for easy-clean and dirt repellence. These have been further developed into the subcategory of nano-ceramics. Through the addition of nano ceramic particles, these coatings can offer extreme levels of hardness up to 9H and temperature resistance to 800oc. Once bonded to a substrate, they offer a range of cost reducing benefits and extend the functional life of machine parts offering significant advantage over traditional release agents for example.
The Signo-Nanocare product line-up includes the Dura range, - ideal for use in manufacturing settings, reducing the wear and tear of moving parts such as die cutters. Dura also provides:-
