Oxford Instruments’ ALD Tool Sales Continue to Strengthen with Appointment of Product Manager

Published on September 15, 2008 at 9:07 PM

Following the successful launch of its Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) systems over the past 18 months, Oxford Instruments, a leading provider of high technology tools and systems, is delighted to support the excellent sales growth of these systems with the new appointment of a Product Manager for ALD Products, Chris Hodson. Chris brings many years experience in ALD applications and development at Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology (OIPT) to the role, and plans to further develop ALD tool functionality + its sales.

Oxford Instruments’ Sales Director, Mark Vosloo comments, “Chris’s appointment is a reflection of both the success of our ALD products and a commitment to develop our ALD systems and processes to further capitalise on the many exciting new applications of ALD in areas such as nanotechnology, photovoltaics and plastic electronics.”

Just launched also is a new ALD brochure describing the load-locked FlexAL® and the compact open-loading OpAL™ system. This can be downloaded at: www.oxford-instruments.co.uk
