sp3 Diamond Technologies, Inc. (sp3), a leading supplier of diamond film products, equipment and services, today announced that Adams Technical Sales (ATS) has been engaged as a sales representative, and will be responsible for increasing sales of sp3's chemical vapor deposition (CVD) diamond products for thermal management applications. ATS will target prospective customers in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana and British Columbia, Canada.
“Adams Technical Sales came highly recommended by customers in its selling territory,” stated William Peifer, director of sales for sp3 Diamond Technologies. “ATS brings many years of solid experience in the semiconductor and component packaging markets to sp3, and we look forward to utilizing that experience to promote our diamond solutions.”
ATS will be primarily responsible for marketing sp3’s DiaTherm™ heat spreaders, diamond on silicon (DOS) wafers, silicon on diamond (SOD) wafers and diamond wafer coating services. The company specializes in the following markets: microwave, hermetic packaging, semiconductor, high power lasers, thick and thin film applications and component packaging applications for commercial, military and consumer uses.
Brent Adams, president of Adams Technical Sales, will have primary responsibility for representing sp3’s thermal management portfolio to these markets. His professional experience includes sales, sales management and engineering consulting at leading companies. “ATS specializes in helping customers with unique engineering needs find a custom-fit solution,” said Adams. “sp3’s products provide new, cost-efficient solutions for the thermal management of devices, and will be an exciting addition to our current offerings.”
