Imago To Introduce New Atom Probe, The LEAP 3000X HR

Imago are expected to announce a new atom probe later this week at the Microscopy & Microanalysis meeting in Fort Lauderdale.

The new atom probe is the LEAP 3000X HR.

The "HR" acronym designates that the product offers best in class high mass resolution enabling the analysis of individual atoms to be performed with unprecedented accuracy. The voltage-pulse mass resolution is the best mass resolution ever offered on a commercial large-angle atom probe.This makes the HR the perfect choice for material science research particularly for metals and other good conductors. For semiconductor-focused applications, where laser pulsing is used exclusively, the LEAP 3000X Si provides best-in-class performance.
