SUNY Poly CNSE and Inficon Enter R&D Alliance for Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology

In support of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s commitment to furthering New York State’s international leadership in the global nanotechnology driven economy of the 21st century, SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (SUNY Poly CNSE) and Inficon, Inc. UNC-Chapel Hill, NC State, and Duke Launch Research Triangle Nanotechnology Network

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC State and Duke are launching a partnership to dramatically broaden access to nanotechnology facilities and expertise to faculty, students, businesses and educators across the Triangle and nationwide.
