Sidense Offers SLP Memory Macros in MagnaChip's HV CMOS and Mixed-Signal Process

MagnaChip Semiconductor Corporation ("MagnaChip"), a Korea-based designer and manufacturer of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products, and Sidense Corp., a leading developer of Logic Non-Volatile Memory (LNVM) one-time programmable (OTP) memory IP cores today announced that Sidense's SLP 1T-OTP macros have been fully qualified for MagnaChip's 180nm 1.8/3.3/18V high-voltage CMOS and mixed-signal process.

State of Israel and CNSE Partner to Advance Nanotechnology Industry

Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish an international partnership between New York State and the State of Israel, through a collaboration involving the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE) and the Israeli Industry Center for Research & Development (MATIMOP), that will significantly expand business, technology, and economic relations in the burgeoning field of nanotechnology, while enabling billions of dollars in new investments and the creation of thousands of high-tech jobs in New York and Israel.

SENTECH Report Sucessful Seminar on Plasma Processing in Berlin

More than 50 participants from industry, universities, and scientific institutions participated in SENTECH’s seminar “Plasma Process Technology” on February 28, 2013, in Berlin, Germany. The Seminar focused on issues of topical interest, including GaN processing, silicon nanostructuring, low temperature deposition of SiN, graphene components, and ALD barrier layers.
