Dan Ayres Appointed New Operations Director at Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology (OIPT), part of Oxford Instruments plc, a leading provider of high technology tools and systems, has recently appointed Dan Ayres to the role of Operations Director. Dan has already held a number of roles in operations and marketing in the Oxford instrument Group, at Oxford Instruments Analytical, where most recently he was Director of Operations.

Prior to joining Oxford Instruments Dan worked for a major Japanese car manufacturer with responsibilities for managing current production suppliers and co-ordination of supply chain for new product introduction.

At OIPT, Dan will be working with his team on the company’s key challenges to ensure Oxford Instruments continues to achieve world class standards. He will also be instrumental in the company’s relocation within North Somerset in 2009.
