Nanoproducts and Hosokawa Micron Forge Nanotechnology Partnership - News Item

Nanoproducts and Hosokawa Micron have formed a strategic partnership that will see them commercialise nanotechnolgy and market nanomaterials and associated equipment to fuel the next generation in materials development.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will share intellectual property and jointly develop nanoparticulate materials, technologies and processes. A pilot plant will also be constructed in Japan, with full scale production elsewhere in Asia being the goal.

The deal sees Hosokawa investing into Nanoproducts capital stocks, with the right to make addition purchases over the next 12 months.

Nanoproducts owns several patents worldwide, while Hosokawa brings to the table engineering, design and manufacturing expertise and technology.
