Structured substrates are extensively used in semiconductor research and especially in semiconductor development.
A Carbon nanotube (CNT), their name being derived from their size and composition, is a member of the fullerene structural family that forms cylindrical carbon molecules. A CNT can be up to several centimeters in length and its diameter is on the order of a few nanometers.
Confocal microscopy is an optical imaging technique that employs a point light source (laser), which is directed onto the sample. The same objective usually collects the reflected (fluorescence) light, which is focused into a pinhole in front of the detector.
Darkfield hyperspectral imaging enables precise nanoparticle analysis in cancer cells, identifying composition and dynamics with rapid, high-res imaging.
