AIXTRON Receives Order for Two AIX 2600G3 IC MOCVD Reactors from Visual Photonics Epitaxy

AIXTRON AG announced today that in the second quarter 2009 Visual Photonics Epitaxy Co., Ltd (VPEC) placed an order for two AIX 2600G3 IC MOCVD reactors. They will be delivered in the first quarter 2010 and installed at the company's state-of-the-art production facility in Ping-Jen City, Taoyuan, Taiwan.
