New and Independent Company will Provide Even Greater Support for Asia Pacific Distribution Network and End-User Customers

BioTek Instruments announced today the incorporation and expansion of BioTek Instruments Singapore, Pte. Ltd. This new and independent company will provide even greater support for the Asia Pacific distribution network and end-user customers. New office space includes conference suites and a demonstration facility for application optimization and training on several advanced BioTek microplate technologies.

“Our applications, technical and service support staff at our new location on the Science Park in Singapore can now more quickly reach our customers in the region,” noted Dominic Herring, Business Development Manager of BioTek Instruments Singapore. “Our enhanced support also includes many demonstration instruments which are available for use in our onsite demo suite or at the customer’s site.”

Steven Fisher, Managing Director of BioTek Instruments Singapore, agreed, adding, “Establishing an office in the Asia Pacific Region brings BioTek Instruments one step closer to our customers – allowing us to support and interact with both our distribution network and end user customers in the same time zones. Our level of service and support to all our customers in the region should increase exponentially.”
