Phlo Corporation Signs Nanotechnology Agreement with S.B. Books

Phlo Corporation (PINKSHEETS: PHCP) announced today that one of its affiliates (the "Company") has signed an agreement in principle with S.B. Books, Inc. ("SB") providing for a license of the Company's Nanoscale Particle Complex Technology ("NPC Technology") to SB for use in products such as liquid chews and energy shots, tongue strips, sprays, and mists.

Under the agreement in principle, the Company shall receive 10% of the gross revenue from the sale of all products containing its NPC Technology. The Company will also generate revenue from the sale of NPC Technology preparations, including various actives and payloads, to SB for use in the development, production, marketing and sale of such products, and will provide technological and scientific support and product development assistance.

SB is an established retailer that has been in business for over 20 years. Headquartered in California, SB and its subsidiaries operate retail stores selling their products to consumers in Arizona, California, and Oregon. SB estimates that the U.S. market for products such as those covered by its agreement with the Company surpassed $15 billion in 2008. SB maintains warehouses in Arizona and California.

Phlo is a biotechnology company and a manufacturer and marketer of products (primarily liquids) containing patented and patent-pending biotechnologies. Phlo is focusing its technology generation and acquisition efforts on those technologies related to enhancing cognition and personal performance, reducing the effects of aging, and to assisting the prevention or delaying of the onset of chronic diseases.
