MEMSCAP Receives ITAR Certification from U.S. State Department

This registration documents MEMSCAP's dedication to adhering to the regulations emplaced by the United States government, which control the export and import of defence-related articles and services.

Administered by the Office of the Defense Trade Controls Compliance (DDTC), under authority established by the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), ITAR regulates the manufacture, export, import and transfer of defense related articles and services.
