TTM to Exhibit Nano-Based Thermal Solutions at Semi Therm 2011

TTM, a provider of nanotechnology-based thermal management solutions for various system applications such as solar, battery, automotive, mobile, memory, and LED, announces that it will exhibit two innovative thermal solutions at the Semi Therm conference.

The Semi Therm event will be held from March 20 to 24, 2011 in San Jose, California. It is an international symposium, which helps to exchange information and knowledge on latest electronics thermal management advancements.

The company showcases nano-based solutions for thermal management engineers working with hotter, faster, and smaller integrated circuits. The display will also support engineers dealing with systems, which have high importance for thermal management.

TTM’s CEO, Gene Choi says that the company is  committed  to provide quality thermal solutions featuring nanotechnology for innovative systems. He also states that TTM is working with automotive, mobile, LED, LCD, battery, and semiconductor providers to deliver solutions for managing thermal issues. TTM will deliver a workshop titled, “Recent Advances in Thermal Management Solution," at Semi Therm 2011.
