Altatech Semiconductor has signed QES Singapore as its sales, installation and field service partner in Singapore. QES Singapore will introduce Altatech Semiconductor products and solutions to its client network in Souteast Asia.
QES will render sales,field service and installation services in Singapore. QES will offer AltaSight wafer-inspection platforms and liquid-precursor AltaCVD solutions to its customer network.
The QES Group is a distributor and offers engineering solutions. The Malaysia-based company has a production unit, and offices in Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and China.
QES field service engineers are undergoing an induction program on the AltaSight and AltaCVD platforms at Altatech Semiconductor's headquarters located close to Grenoble, France. QES Singapore's field personnel have been working with semiconductor-processing platforms and equipment for large-scale warehousing in the petrochemical and life sciences segments.
Jean-Luc Delcarri, president of Altatech Semiconductor said that QES has already started introducing Singapore-based microelectronics companies to his company’s technologies and platforms.
According to S.C. Pang, general manager of QES Singapore, the company will endeavor to address the requirements of Altatech customers in semiconductor induetry, while simultaneously exploiting other segments.
