National Nanoengineering Panel To Develop Nano Guidelines

The board of the College of Mechanical Engineers in Australia is to form a National Panel on Nanoengineering.

The Panel will be working with the objective of providing a national focus for nanoengineering practice within Engineers Australia. They will also offer expertise and advice on nanotechnoilogy related engineering.

The board of Engineers Australia is looking for Australian engineers working in nanotechnology to join the panel. Initial tasks for the panel will include developing a strategic plan for itself, and then to compile a briefing paper outlining the present state of nanoengineering, government policies, education, industry practive and initiatives.
