Top Ten List Highlights Most Influential IP Lawyers in Nanotechnology

Charles F. Wieland III, a shareholder in the Intellectual Property practice at Buchanan Ingersoll + Rooney's Alexandria office, was named to Nanotechnology Law + Business' Top Ten list. The list was published in the journal's Summer 2008 edition.

According to NLB, the Top Ten list "highlight[s] ten of the most influential IP lawyers in nanotechnology. … The lawyers were selected based on factors such as number of patents prosecuted, types of clients and general involvement in the nanotech community."
