Hanse Chemie GmbH is an innovative, owner-managed, medium-sized company with a focus on plant construction and conveyor technology. The company, founded by Ullrich Carsjens in 1974, was originally based on trading and worldwide distribution of chemical products, minerals and raw materials. The name suffixes "Chemie" and "Handels mbH" are derived from this.
In addition to the original trading business, own developments and products were added early on, whereby the business activities focused on the core areas of strip cleaning and plant-specific wear optimization. Both are usually required in parallel, especially in conveyor belt systems, combined with the need for high-quality technical solutions and durable components. To this day, we see the specialization in the manufacture, production and further development of robust and efficient scrapers and long-lasting plant construction components as a task and a challenge.
The range of services offered by our wiper technology ranges from a wide-ranging standard delivery program, which offers a suitable belt cleaner model for most applications and a wide variety of installation conditions, to special custom-made products for complex installation situations and general conditions. Many years of experience and the necessary know-how make us a competent partner who is able to solve the most diverse and difficult contamination situations on conveyor systems in an excellent and satisfactory manner over the long term.
We supply wear- and corrosion-resistant linings, composite structures and assemblies, from simple wear plates to complete equipment including steel construction - primarily based on extremely abrasion-resistant materials such as technical ceramics, impact-resistant overlay welded armor materials, specially suitable hard metals or application-specific polymer materials with excellent sliding properties. The focus is always on thorough and experienced application and wear-related advice with the selection of suitable wear materials and technologies.
We do everything to ensure that the products we deliver fully meet your requirements. The name Hanse Chemie stands for reliability and innovative solutions, which is also reflected in a large number of patents.
