IMT is committed to supporting the development of next-generation MEMS technology through better process know-how. Drawing from over 500 completed and ongoing projects and nearly two decades of experience, we offer a proprietary library of platforms and modules that speed time to market and reduce development costs.
IMT’s fully automated MEMS production fab is built to meet your volume needs on 6″ and 8″ wafers. Unlike a CMOS fab, our strength is in materials flexibility for metals, polymers, and other materials, as well as experience with silicon, SOI, glass (fused silica, quartz, borosilicate), and III-V substrates.
We operate a 30,000 square foot Class 100 clean room on our 13 acre manufacturing campus with 130,000 square foot of building space. IMT is ISO 9001 (certified since 2006) and has nearly completed implementation of IATF 16949:2016. We are also currently working toward GLP and GMP. IMT is also ITAR certified.
