Nanotechnology Stock Index To Be Launched By Investment Bank - News Item

New York based investment bank, Punk, Ziegel & Co., have announced that they are launching a stock index of nanotechnology companies. The index will include companies that develop nanotech products as well as those who supply nanotechnology research equipment.

The index includes 15 publicly traded companies. The companies in the index are:

Altair Nanotechnologies Inc.
BioSante Pharmaceuticals Inc.
FEI Co.
Flamel Technologies S.A.
Harris & Harris Group, Inc.
JMAR Technologies, Inc.
MFIC Corp.
Nanogen, Inc.
Nanophase Technologies Corp.
Nano-Proprietary Inc.
NVE Corp.
Pharmacopeia Inc.
SkyePharma PLC
Symyx Technologies Inc.
Veeco Instruments Inc.
