Intel Director Tells Nanotech Industry To Think Even Smaller - News Item

Director of Research for Intel Corp, David Tennenhouse, has told attendees at Nanotech 2004 to think even smaller than they have been.

He points out that although the semiconductor industry currently is bringing in 90 nanometer logical gates they already know how to make them as small as 22 nanometers. Tennenhouse wants to see researchers working on making gates of 5 nanometers and less.
