Lineup Announced for 3rd Annual NanoBusiness 2004 Conference - News Item

Penton Media and the NanoBusiness Alliance today announced the lineup of keynote speakers for the 3rd annual NanoBusiness 2004, the industry's most important event focusing on the rapidly growing nanotechnology industry. Slated to return to Marriott Financial Center Hotel from May 17 - 19, the conference is designed to drive forward the emerging business of microsystems and nanotechnology.

As the "must-attend" conference for all key stakeholders in the business of small technology, NanoBusiness 2004 will once again gather hundreds of scientists, engineers, business leaders and investors for three intensive days of seminars, presentations, keynotes and networking events. The conference program is focused on providing attendees with all the information required to push research and application development toward commercialization, as well as showcase the ongoing integration of small-tech products into the global economy.

As in prior years, NanoBusiness 2004 is featuring keynote presentations by some of the true leaders of the small-tech revolution, including:

  • Nicholas M. Donofrio - Sr. VP, Technology and Manufacturing, IBM Corporation
  • Donn Tice - CEO, Nano-Tex, LLC
  • Josh Wolfe - Managing Partner, Lux Capital, and Editor, Forbes/Wolfe Nanotech Report
  • Steve Jurvetson - Managing Director, Draper Fisher Jurvetson

"In addition to providing our attendees with a comprehensive conference program that addresses a wide range of important topics, our events have always provided that critical 'view from the top' from the industry's pioneers," said Nathan Tinker, conference chair and co-founder of the NanoBusiness Alliance. "NanoBusiness 2004 is once again proud to have such an esteemed group of executives leading our conference program."
