To help advance the understanding of nanotechnology and its potential products, mPhase Technologies, Inc. will join other industry leaders as a sponsor of the NanoBusiness 2004 Conference. The Company's Executive Vice President of Engineering, Research and Development, Steve Simon, will present background on the technology that mPhase is using to create breakthrough products.

mPhase Technologies executive Steve Simon will be part of a four-person panel titled, "Energy Solutions and Nanotechnology". Simon will discuss:

the impact of nanotechnology on the global energy marketplace
how nanotechnology can be used as a solution for some current global problems.
