IDEX Enters Merger Agreement to Buy Microfluidics International

IDEX Corporation today announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire Microfluidics International Corporation for $1.35 per share, net to the seller in cash, and subject to adjustment as provided in the merger agreement.
