Silver Markets for Photovoltaics

At present, the vast majority of silver used in PV devices is for the top electrodes of crystalline silicon (c-Si) PV cells. This is a growth market in itself, but as thin-film PV (TFPV) technologies are taking off, new opportunities for selling silver into the PV sector are also opening up.
