at BATTERIES 2009 "The international power supply conference and exhibition"
in Cannes-Mandelieu, France. Terry Copeland, PhD, Altairnano's president and
chief executive officer will present at 11:15 a.m. Central Europe Daylight Time,
5:45 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, October 2, 2009 at the Congress Exhibition
Center.
BATTERIES 2009 promises to bring together industry leading professionals to
analyze "How to bridge the gap between power needs and what the market
offers today, while still providing safe solutions". Dr. Copeland will
discuss how Altairnano has addressed these challenges by developing the first
commercially successful, large format lithium-titanate battery connected directly
to the electrical grid in the United States. The presentation will take place
as part of the industrial applications and large format batteries session on
day three.
