Sensonor Wins New Product Innovation Award for STIM202 3-Axis MEMS Gyroscope

The New Product Innovation Award is a prestigious recognition of Sensonor’s accomplishments in the high precision MEMS gyroscopes market.

The award was given to Sensonor following a thorough best practice award analysis in strong competition with other industry long term opponents. The STIM202 3-axis high precision gyro was evaluated in respect to 5 award criteria: Innovative Element of the Product, Leading Edge Technologies in Product, Value Added Features/Benefits, Increased Customer ROI, and Customer Acquisition/Penetration Potential, in which Sensonor received the highest score given in all five categories.

Frost & Sullivan concludes about STIM202:”This means that the angular rate measurements, functional characteristics, and physical parameters of STIM202 are currently the best for an industrialized MEMS gyroscope module”.

Sensonor is proud to receive the award from an independent internationally recognized third party and will formally accept the price in London today.

Hans Richard Petersen, VP of sales and marketing says that, “The conclusion reached by Frost & Sullivan is in accordance with the market feedback that we independently receive from customers to the STIM202 gyro in Europe, Asia, North America and Africa”.
