Partec, a pioneer in flow cytometry reagents and tools, have entered into a deal with De Novo Software, a provider of analysis solutions for flow cytometry data, to sell FCS Express, a flagship product of De Novo Software, to global customers in the markets of research, clinical and pharmaceuticals.

As per the deal, Partec will resell FCS Express products and sell FCS Express along with each CyFlow Cube device to global customers. FCS Express offers complete analysis capabilities, which include real time bar, quality control alerts, 21 CFR Part 11 data security support, sophisticated and user-friendly report generation tools and scatter plots with advanced regression analysis and more.
The CyFlow Cube is the latest flow cytometry system of Partec and a suitable instrument for a variety of research purposes. As a small standalone desktop tool, the CyFlow Cube has a special design. The CUBE 8 can be used with a particle and cell sorting module.
The Chief Executive Officer at Partec, Roland Gohde stated that FCS Express is an ideal match to the CyView data display and acquisition software. FCS Express enables the company’s customers to efficiently use the CyFlow Cube by offering sophisticated reporting and analytical capabilities.
The President at De Novo Software, David Novo stated that the company is excited to partner with Partec, a pioneer in the flow cytometry field. The direct launch of FCS Express is already possible through the CyView software, and the company will put its efforts to design the advanced analysis and workflow solutions for the customers of Partec, he added.
