Advanced Knowledge Associates (AKA), the leader in miniaturized, reconfigurable, fully self-contained and high-performance system-on-module technology, has announced that it has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification.

The audit - carried out by SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company - confirms that AKA’s management system conforms with all the requirements of the audit standard; that the company has effectively implemented the planned management system; and that the management system is capable of achieving the organization’s policy objectives.

AKA’s PRISMs (Prepackaged Reconfigurable Integrated System-on-Modules) are used in a range of mission-critical applications. “Our customers - including very large companies such as BAE Systems &ndash expect our quality, manufacturing processes and practices are of the highest standards, and that they are fully documented.
