Rohm and Haas Showcases New Technologies at PAINTINDIA 2008

Rohm and Haas, the world’s leading supplier of binders and additives for paint and coatings and the innovation leader in the water-borne coating industry, will showcase new technologies for interior and exterior coatings Sept. 17th through 20th during PAINTINDIA 2008 in Mumbai, India (Booth No C-4).

The company will demonstrate its environmentally advanced water-based technologies for the architectural, decorative, industrial, construction, traffic paint and wood coatings industries, including Formaldehyde absorption, Low VOC/Low Odor advanced technology, Super DPUR, and much more.

At the International Summit on Rheology and Nanotechnology on Wednesday, 17th September, 2008 between 15.00-15.45 hrs, Dr. Pavneet Mumick will present a seminar titled “Rheology Considerations for Water - Based Architectural Coatings”. At the AQUACOAT 2008 - Solutions for Water-based Architectural Coatings session on Sept 19, 2008, Ms. Chin-Huey Lau will present a paper titled “Multi-purpose Biocide Formulations for Coatings”. At the INFRACOAT 2008 (Coating Solutions to assist India's Infrastructural Growth), Dr. Tim Wood will present a paper titled “Water-Based Formulations for Protective Coating Applications” on Sept 20, 2008.
