The stages are available with 200, 400, and 800 µm travel as standard to deliver precise, repeatable motion with repeatability between 0.6 and 2 nm. They are suitable for integration into advanced OEM systems.

The XP series offers users stable performance under its maximum 50 N load capacity due to its robust lever-amplification mechanism, which increases mechanical stiffness. Capacitive displacement sensors ensure high accuracy and measurement repeatability.

As well as horizontal (X) travel, the stages are also suitable for vertical (Z) movements. Two stages can be stacked for XY configurations.

Typical applications for the XP series include interferometer optical delay stages, lightsheet microscopy objective lens positioning, fiber positioning, and precision industrial automation.
