SEMI Nanoforum Registrations Now Open - News Item

SEMI has announced the opening of registrations for NanoForum 2004. The international conference will bring together key decision makers and technical experts from the semiconductor equipment and materials industry and the nanotechnology world.

To be held in Austin, Texas, from November 14-17 the event is produced by SEMI – the representative of more than 2200 semiconductor equipment and materials companies around the world. More than 500 participants are expected at NanoForum 2004 from the defence, telecommunications, transportation, automotive, information technology, medical and biotech industries.
