CVD Equipment Corporation (NASDAQ: CVV; "CVD"), announced today that it has hired Michael J. Gray as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Gray will head up all sales and marketing functions for the Company, working from the Ronkonkoma, NY headquarters.
Prior to joining CVD, Mr. Gray was employed by Innov-X Systems, Inc., a maker of X-Ray Fluorescence analyzers, where he held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In addition to his 25 years of technical sales experience, Mr. Gray has demonstrated executive responsibility in sales, marketing and customer support with firms such as JEOL, KLA-Tencor, and General Signal for more than 15 years.
