Cleancoating Licenses XTIO2’s Active-Shield Nanocoating Services

XTIO2 has awarded a license to Cleancoating to offer the XTI-360 Active-Shield nanocoating services in the Mid-Atlantic and Philadelphia Markets.

The liquid titanium dioxide technology-based XTI-360 Active-Shield is a volatile organic compound-free (VOC-free) and binder-free solution with 99.999% of SGS-proven germ-destroying power on several coated materials including fabrics, ABS plastics and ceramics. XTIO2 is developed the liquid titanium dioxide technology.

ISPBC certified the XTIO2 technology as the superior anti-VOC green building technology to address the sick building syndrome (SBS) problem caused by VOCs, viruses, pollen, molds and bacteria. VOCs are chemical pollutants that get released as gases into the atmosphere from building materials, office equipment, paints and cleaning supplies. According to the EPA, VOCs cause health issues such as cancer, asthma, skin irritation, fatigue and headaches.

The XTI-360, a transparent nanocoating product comprising 1% of titanium dioxide nanoparticles and 99% of ultrapure water, cleans indoor air and kills adverse germs such as MRSA and E.coli bacteria and much more in a safer manner at lower cost. The protective solution can be coated over various kinds of internal surfaces such as air filters, air ducts, furniture, curtains, carpets, ceilings and walls to offer air devoid of impurities and germs for several industries.

Michael Holbert, who serves as Cleancoating’s President, stated that the XTI-360 Active-Shield is required to safeguard people from SBS and germs. It will offer great value to the people in the Philadelphia region, Holbert said.
