Nanowires and Nanocrystals Lecture Examining Nanomaterials For Applications Like Faster Transistors and Smaller Nonvolatile Memory

Stanford University Materials Science and Engineering Department  assistant professor Yi Cui  has released a free online video lecture examining nanowires and nanocrystals. These nanowires and nanocrystals represent important nanomaterials with one-dimensional and zero-dimensional morphology, respectively. In the presentation an overview is given on the research about how these nanomaterials impact the critical applications in faster transistors and smaller nonvolatile memory devices.

Assistant Professor Yi Cui is a recipient of the Technology Review World Top 100 Young Innovator Award and received his PhD degree from Harvard University.
