Australian Nano Business Forum Launches in Sydney

On Monday, April 2nd at 4:00 PM the formal launch of the NSW Chapter of the Australian Nano Business Forum will take place. The event will be held at the offices of the NSW Department of State and Regional Development at Level 2, 470 Church St., North Parramatta.

The meeting with be opened by Ms. Tina Rankovic, the Chief Executive Officer of the ANBF peak national body. Ms Rankovic will provide some information about the role of the ANBF at the national and international level. She will officially launch the NSW chapter.

There will a number of short addresses by members of the NSW Steering Committee on various subjects connected with Nanotech and a presentation by Dr. Ian Birkby, CEO of AZoNano, regarding the AZoNano network.

After a question and answer session, we will adjourn for refreshments. We expect that the event will last no more than two hours.

The NSW Steering Committee is made up of the following persons:

  • Cristina Martinez-Fernandez (University of Western Sydney)
