Continuous Nanoparticle Production System – Hosokawa Micron Nanocreator

The NanoCreator FCM from Hosokawa Micron is a continuous nano-particle production system for metal oxides. High purity particles are generated using the build up technique, which allows particles to be modified from a few nanometers to a few hundred nanometers.

The NanoCreator FCM is capable of creating multi-metal oxide components or single component particles.

Raw material within the solution is supplied with the reaction gas into the reactor. Later the raw material is vaporized and nano particles are produced by a chemical reaction in the gas phase with the help of a flame.

The vital step in the process is the collection of the nano particles by rapid quenching before the occurrence of any particle agglomeration or grain size growth happens.

In principle, the structural patterns of the nano particles are formed based on raw materials and their concentrations at the time of particle formation. The ratio of individual components can be broadly changed in order to improve the quality of the end products.

The NanoCreator FCM-Mini is competitively priced for customer entry into nano material generation, the NanoCreator FCM-Mini creates nano particles at a rate of 1 - 10 g powder per 30 minutes, based on the kind of metal oxide and the particle size needs.
