Technology to Enable Low Cost Large-Scale Manufacture of More Efficient Solar Panels

Hague Corp, a publicly traded resource exploration company, is pleased to announce that on September 24, 2008 Hague signed a binding letter of intent to purchase all of the assets of Solterra Renewable Technologies, Inc. The agreement between Hague and Solterra requires Hague to fund Solterra a total of five million US dollars within sixty days of signing a final Asset Purchase Agreement.

A huge market is developing for small disposable electronic devices, ranging from security tags to point-of-care diagnostics. Many of these devices require a power source, and photovoltaic devices (solar cells) are an attractive option. However, the expense of preparing and processing inorganic semiconductors used in traditional solar cells precludes their use in such applications.
