EDS Analysis Using AztecEnergy

This video shows a 7 min, end-to-end demonstration of energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis performed using AZtecEnergy from Oxford Instruments . AZtecEnergy is a flexible and powerful EDS system offering rapid, accurate and high resolution results.

The system features the EDS Analysis Engine, Tru-Q, which offers high accuracy AutoID and quantitative analysis by combining several technologies. Its AutoLayer feature populates layered image automatically with X-ray data and a corresponding color key.
