NanoViricides declared that it will lease a new area for producing nanoviricides drug candidates to fight several viral diseases. The company plans to lease the area presently and may purchase the same later from Inno-Haven if required.

A team of German researchers have reached certain positive conclusions on safety of nano-materials. The team studied nanoparticles or nanotubes of four different materials by subjecting them to gentle abrasion, high speed sanding and UV radiation, and discovered that the resulting dust was in no ways finer than traditional materials.
