Toshiba to Manufacture FFSA Products using GLOBALFOUNDRIES 65nm-LPe and 40nm-LP Processes

Toshiba Corporation today announced that the company will collaborate with GLOBALFOUNDRIES in the manufacture of Toshiba's FFSATM (Fit Fast Structured Array) products. Toshiba will expand its FFSATM business through production at GLOBALFOUNDRIES’s fabs.

Duralar Technologies, a global nanotechnology company and developer of the state-of-the-art Duralar™ family of ultra-hard coatings, today announces that it has established its U.S. headquarters in the Tucson region.
