This video shows how the JPK Instruments' multi-channel laminar flow cell is used along with the NanoTracker optical tweezers platform. A motorized precision stage scans the five non-mixing laminar flow channels. After which a particle is trapped from one channel and swept into an adjacent one using an optical trap.
