These PZT Flexure Stages from PI are based on the highly reliable PICMA® actuators, which are installed in the Mars Rover. The systems are ceramic encapsulated and come with a host of features such as sub-nanometer resolution, a wide temperature range, millisecond response, seven different motor technologies, and fast nanofocus. Both standard and custom designs are available. The Piezo Flexure Nanopositioning systems are used in silicon photonics, microscopy, and many other areas.
