Elmarco's
Nanospider™ (NS) Production Lines 1000 are the electrospinning equipment
for low to medium volume production of nanofiber webs, in sufficient capacity
for early stage manufacturing. Designed as standalone spinning unit, delivers
high quality nanofibers without the cost of a full scale production line. Customer
can choose from two basic types of technology: optimized for water soluble polymers
(NS 3W1000U); and optimized for non water soluble polymers (NS 4S1000U).
These production lines can accommodate various types of up to 1m wide substrate
materials, are suitable for a wide variety of polymers, are designed for 7/24
operation and include an automated production control system.
